Big Picture Planning & Coaching
It is crucial to take a wide-angle view of your business. When Andrea and I first met, we stepped back together and took in the big picture. She helped me understand the impact she wanted to have in the community, how she wanted to reach women with cancer, and the myriad possibilities for expanding and growing her reach. Creating what I call The Big List allowed us to map out and prioritize immediate needs and long-range goals in doable steps, all while making sure she is comfortable with the pace.
Holistic Branding
Andrea knew that many of the typical offerings of mastectomy products, services, and retail stores felt dated and focused solely on basic needs. Her vision included a wider-aged audience, one that needed empowerment, a support network, a bigger variety of beautiful products, and celebration. Her boutique reflects this vision in a way that aligns with her own values and aesthetic.
